Memories Aicha Luxury Camp’s (MLC) Terms & Conditions

THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN  "MEMORIES AICHA LUXURY CAMP"  as (MLC) and you where “YOU”  is referred to as (“Account Holders "Users", “Members”, “Customers”,  “Subscribers” or any Party using services provided by MLC )


 

*Booking Conditions

Please read carefully the following conditions, the basis for your relationship with Memories Aicha Luxury Camp ( MLC)

*LATEST POSSIBLE BOOKING

You have to make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance and last minute booking is accepted when there is an availability (Last minute booking is subject to availability )

Confirmation with Memories Aicha Luxury Camp ( MLC)

Confirmation with MLC can be through the following methods :

1-Email to be sent to our reservation department : reservation@mlc.jo

2-By any of the reservation online bookings : i.e  www,mlc.jo (MLC Official website )/ www.booking.com / www.agoda.com

3-Through calling us , please visit : www.mlc.jo

*METHODS OF PAYMENT

1-Upon arrival by cash in one of any of the following currencies which is equivalent to the amount to be paid in the currency agreed ( i.e : USD $ - JOD …etc ) :

- United States Dollars $

- Jordan Dinar : JD

- Euros : note that the Euro is ex-changed on that day’s change rate (Euro is not fixed)

-English Pound (GBP) : note that the Euro is ex-changed on that day’s change rate (Euro is not fixed)

2- By credit cards (Visa or Mastercard ONLY) which will be available .

3- Advance payment can be made through Bank Wire  transfer to our bank until 14 days before tour start. Our banking details:

   You can send payments Via Wire bank transfer for the bellow account. 
   IMPORTANT: Please don't forget to mention your invoice id in the transfer note.

  We check our bank in daily bases but if you send us a copy of (transfer document) would help us to identify and proccess your payments faster , you can send it to       info@mlc.jo .

4- Online  payment can be made through Our website www.mlc.jo and can be paid by  Mastercard or  Visa ,  You will be charged in Jordanian Dinar, conversion rate is approximately 1 USD = 0.708 JOD.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

You may book via email or our website. The person who makes the booking must confirm acceptance of our booking conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details, arrival date and time or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other traveler on the booking. We will arrange the services and send you a confirmation letter by email. You must check your emails on a regular basis, reconfirm the confirmation letter .

CONFIRMATION LETTER

You should print a hard copy of your confirmation letter. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation letter and to let your tour consultant know immediately in the event of any error or inaccuracy.

We will send you by email , our contact details of the Bedouin guides/drivers who will be waiting for you in the visitors center or Rum Village , we can have a front office in Wadi Rum in the near future .

*PRICES
All prices for our services and rooms are advised in United States Dollars (USD) or Jordan Dinars (JOD). They are based on schedules and tariffs at the time of printing. MLC reserves the right to vary the price of the tour if taxes or other cost increase. MLC cannot be held responsible for any service that we are unable to provide due to that particular component being unavailable.

*BOOKING AMENDMENT & CANCELATION

MLC reserves the right to amend/cancel the booking for reasons such as service requirements, road or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Where a change is of a significant nature, it will be advised to our customers in writing. in this case we will issuse you a full refund of your payment with in 24 Hour (please note there will be proccessing time for the refund depending on your bank normally 2-5 days)

AMENDMENTS
Any amendment has to be sent to us in writing. We strongly recommend to opt for your final booking prior to your arrival. Requested amendments, especially some days prior to arrival and during the booking date/dates, cannot always be considered if the expected complexity is not matching with our operational procedures and personnel capacity.  Should you need to alter your original reservations, there will be an automatic fee charged per our cancelation policy listed below for amendment.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given as follows:

The above are MLC cancellation fees. Transfer of a confirmed booking to another date is deemed a cancellation of the original booking. There will be no refund for cancellation of unused services on or after commencement date.

In case of a travel warning to Jordan you can cancel the tour last minute. The money will be refunded to you in full, except additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us. In case you decide to cancel the booking due to conflicts in neighboring countries, this is possible until 07 days before tour start. We will charge an administrative fee of 50 USD for any booking made and to be canceled . Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.

REFUNDS

A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is highly recommended to be insured for the duration of your trip to Jordan . You need comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, health requirements, luggage and additional expenses (e.g. World Nomads). Insurance policies rarely .

cover for loss of cash.

CLAIMS
If you encounter any problems, you should to try and solve it directly whilst on holiday. If it is not possible to do so please do so in writing within 14 days of completing your MLC arrangements.

AVAILABILITY

Our tour consultants/reservation department are reachable during office hours only, Sun – Thu, 09:30-17:30. We will provide you with a mobile contact in Jordan, you can reach seven days a week in emergency cases.

PASSPORT, VISA & VACCINATIONS

You must familiarize yourself with any visa and health requirements that may be applicable. You are responsible for all entry/exit health and any other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of MLC . We will not be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above. We recommend that you be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Jordan.

*Review & Feedback if you are Satisfied & Happy

We will have your feedback while you are at the end of your stay upon departure , you will have a "Feedback & Evaluation Form" , you will fill it and give it to our staff . We will get your feedback and it will be highly appreciate & thanks for taking the time to share about your recent opinion for MLC , Please note that your review will be revised & studied deeply by our "Quality & Service Department"  and get back to you as soon as we can  after revisions.

*Regarding Complaints , Reclamation &  Refund :

Regarding Complaints:  If you are not satisfied  & unhappy with a certain aspect of our camp , you may inform our staff and/or management and/or consultant so that no similar problems occur.  The majority of such problems could usually be solved from the beginning. If not you should inform the general director of the camp. In case of complains you should inform the camp management by sending an email or written report will be provided by our camp management , or fax within 15 days after the end of your trip. A letter of reclamation should include the justified proof. MLC  is not responsible for all the reclamations submitted after 15 days after the end of the trip. . In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your campor any other service you can easily contact our team/management , and we will take it in consideration.

*CHILDREN POLICY

It is important to check regarding children policies per our camp. Please consider the followings :

-Baby cot is available for free in the camp

-Children and infants ( 0 - 6 years ) can stay with their parents for free in the existence bed

-Children and infants ( 6 -12 years ) can stay with their parents in the existence bed and 50 % will be charged

-Children more than 12 years old are considered as adult and will be charged as adult and should use an extra bed / extra room.

LIABILITIES

-Memories Aicha Luxury Camp (MLC) is not responsible for delays, any loss, injury or damage and / or expenses due to flight cancellations, flight changes, immigration procedures, accident, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, weather, sickness, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, fire, thefts, epidemics, defaults or any other causes beyond our control.

-Memories Aicha Luxury Camp (MLC) reserves the right to cancel this agreement in writing, should the 2nd party fail to fulfill the terms and conditions.

The 3rd Party of the camp

As per the regulations of the Wadi Rum Authority, Tour activities must be handled by locals “Bedouins”; using the local’s 4WD vehicles, camels, horse riding and hot air balloon or any other activities that takes place within Wadi Rum Protected Area, MLC can not guarantee the quality of the service provided by local Bedouin serving such services or activities.

The Entrance fees of Wadi Rum

The entry fees to Wadi Rum Protected Area and Natural Reserve is 5 JD per person or can be covered by Jordan Pass , (Also 1 JD for any one holding the residency of Jordan for foreigners , local Jordanians or Arabs). The entry fees to Wadi Rum should be paid upon arrival at the visitors center of Wadi Rum, and that fees go to the Government and we have no relation to these fees .
